INTRODUCING GOLDIE - COMMONWEALTH GAMES SUMMER EXHIBITION

We are very proud to announce that we are the only UK gallery to represent the amazing artwork of multi talented artist Goldie.

Starting his life in the West Midlands, Goldie travelled to America in the mid 1980's and became one of the forefathers of the art form known as graffiti, painting with some of the best known artists of that generation in that genre.
In the late 1980's there was a graffiti battle organised between UK and American artists in Birmingham's Manzoni Gardens (outside the Rotunda) with Goldie and 3D (later to be part of Massive Attack) both painting.

Music and acting became a major part in Goldies life, and by the mid 90's he was one of the most famous faces around.

In the last few years he has returned to painting, having worked with and influenced so many artists (including Banksy) and we are very pleased to be showing and selling Goldie's paintings and signed editions, in the Midlands where it all began.....
